Return Policy

IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR TOP10SPORTS.COM MERCHANDISE.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.

When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box/bag. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the www.Top10Sports.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as www.Top10Sports.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

CUSTOMER REFUSED DELIVERY POLICY

Orders shipped which are refused by the customer and restocked for reasons not pertaining to www.Top10Sports.com, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise value. This fee, as well as the shipments handling/delivery charge will be deducted from the corresponding credit.

EXCHANGE

Because we are always receiving new inventory, we will be unable to process exchanges. If you’d like different size, color, style or completely different product, please return current item(s) for a refund and place a new order online for the new merchandise.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All defective/damaged returns will be inspected by our Returns Department for excessive wear or misuse and credit is subject to www.Top10Sports.com approval. Worn merchandise returned and found to be not defective but has evidence of excessive wear and tear will be denied credit and merchandise will be returned to you at your expense for shipping and handling reshipment charges.
